By placing your booking with Tiny Tumblers, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below:
• Tiny Tumblers has a strict no refund policy. This includes for missed sessions due to your own circumstances, for example due to illness for you or your child.
• Tiny Tumblers or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the session.
• Tiny Tumblers reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
• You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change.
• Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. All sessions must be paid for at the time of booking.
• You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they or yourself have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class. Tiny Tumblers are not able to offer a refund during these circumstances.
• If for any reason Tiny Tumblers has to cancel any sessions, they will provide as much notice as possible. In this circumstance, Tiny Tumblers will offer an alternative session or a refund will be issued for those individual sessions only.
